3. Exclusions: Certain courses or services may not be eligible for a refund, such as courses that have already been completed or expired, personalized courses, or courses that were part of a bundled deal with non-refundable items.

4. Processing Time: After approval, refunds typically take a few business days to be processed. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment method used during the initial purchase
